Passage: 1 Kings 17:8-16

Still within our sermon series "Days of Elijah", we will study about Elijah continuously experiencing God's providence in his life. And now, not only Elijah will experience the providence from God's hand but also a widow living beyond the boarders of Israel, in Zarephath, Sidon.

Both Elijah and this widow, will experience God's amazing provision when apparently God is closing a door for them. As God closes a door, He will open another one for them. However, to experience this new open door coming from the Lord... something needs to happen... a step of faith needs to be taken.
