948 Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes made it onto the truck Monday morning, November 21st, 2022.
It was the culmination of a busy week. We are so thankful for YOU - the 20 volunteers who invested over 40 hours last week, greeting 160+ people who dropped off their packed shoeboxes. And let's not forget those who loaded the cartons of boxes on the truck!
The first stop for the shoeboxes is the Samaritan's Purse warehouse in NE Calgary. Each shoebox will be processed. Shipping begins over the next few months to Ukraine, the Philippines, and El Salvador. Pray for each shoebox as it winds its way into the hands of a specific child in one of these countries. May it bless each child, a real in-my-hands demonstration of God's tender love and care for them and their family.
