Stories With Intent

Passage: Matthew 13:10-17

We will be starting a new sermon series entitled "Stories with Intent", and this Sunday we will have a brief introduction to the world of Jesus' parables.

The parables of Jesus make up a crucial part of the Bible. Jesus had the wisdom to simplify the profound spiritual truths he needed to share with humanity in the form of relatable stories that are 'easy' to understand.

This Sunday we will be pursuing the same question that Jesus' disciples had asked the Master... Why do you (Jesus) speak to the people using parables? His answer is NOT what you would expect. And this is what we will be investigating together.
