Passage: Psalm 32
In this Psalm David celebrates the joy of experiencing forgiveness from the Lord.
David first describes how he wallowed in guilt--unwilling to acknowledge and confess his sin to the Lord.
But the time comes when David opens his mouth, prays to the Lord, and confesses his sin. In an instant his sin in gone, fellowship with the Lord is restored, and David can rejoice because he experienced the Lord's forgiveness.
