Passage: Isaiah 9:6

This Sunday, we will be starting a new short Christmas series called "And He will be called..." based on just one verse in Isaiah (Isa 9:6).

In this verse, that the prophet Isaiah wrote around 700 years before Christ, he gives four titles to the Messiah. He calls the future Messiah of (1) Wonderful Counselor, (2) Mighty God, (3) Everlasting Father, and (4) Prince of Peace

We have heard this verse many times, almost every Christmas. BUT what does it mean for us? How can these titles of Jesus Christ help us to understand Him better?

SO... we will be exploring these Messianic titles in our next four services, finishing it on Christmas Eve when we will be studying Jesus as the Prince of Peace.
