A Sunday to Remember

Last Sunday was a truly special day for our church family. We gathered outdoors for our Sunday service, and the Lord blessed us with a time of joy, fellowship, and worship in His creation. Although some were concerned about the heat or the possibility of mosquitos, our good and gracious God gave us the perfect temperature—and not a single mosquito in sight!

We were encouraged by the strong attendance, including a good number of visitors. Many expressed how much they enjoyed the setting and even asked if we could make outdoor services a regular part of our church calendar—perhaps every year, or even more often.

After the service, Pastor Russ organized some fun and playful activities that kept people engaged and enjoying fellowship long after we normally conclude. It was beautiful to see people laughing, talking, and staying together as a family of faith.

We are thankful for how God provided and how He knit us together in love and joy. Our prayer is that this will be the first of many such services in the years to come—opportunities to worship outdoors, invite new friends, and celebrate the goodness of God as a community.
