One of the great blessings at South Calgary Community Church is seeing how God is at work through our Russian Language Ministry. We are grateful for the growth, encouragement, and Gospel impact that has taken place over the past year. Below, Pastor Anatolii shares an update on the ministry, along with some of the ways God has been building His church and reaching the Russian-speaking community in Calgary.

We are grateful to God for another year of His faithfulness and blessings in the Russian-speaking ministry.
Today, our congregation consists of approximately 60 members. Our average Sunday attendance is around 80 people, and during special celebrations such as Christmas, Easter, and other major events, attendance can reach up to 180 people.
Throughout the year, we have continued to hold regular Sunday worship services, prayer meetings, home groups, children's ministry, youth gatherings, and community events. A major focus of our ministry has been teaching God's Word, making disciples, and supporting individuals and families as they adjust to life in Canada.
It has been encouraging to see God bring new people into our fellowship, strengthen families, and help many find friendship, spiritual support, and a sense of belonging within the church community. For many newcomers and immigrants, our church has become not only a place of worship but also a place of acceptance, care, and hope.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to South Calgary Community Church for their ongoing support, partnership, encouragement, and generosity. Through this partnership, we have been able to effectively reach the Russian-speaking community in Calgary with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
As we look back on this past year, we thank God for all He has done. As we look ahead, we pray that even more people will come to know Christ, grow in their faith, and become part of God's family.
To God be all the glory.
Pastor Anatolii
