Happy September! Sunday is our Fall Kick-Off, and this marks the start of another ministry year in the church. Keep reading to find out about the various ministry activities we have going on throughout the week.

Many of the regular ministries slow down or take a break during the summer months, but now that September is here, ministries are starting back up!

Here's a glimpse of the various ministry activities and what they are all about.

If you would like to find out more about a particular ministry area, talk to the ministry leader, or ask one of the church staff to direct you to the right person!

Tuesdays:

  • Food Program pick up, 8am, off-site: pick up food so families can shop for free in the afternoon.

  • Doll Knitters, 10am, church foyer: it's knitting with a purpose and making friends at the same time.

  • Food Distribution Program, 4pm: helping families and individuals shop by managing the food supplies and flow of people.

  • "Practice Your English" Conversation Classes, 6:30pm, church basement: help non-native English speakers improve their conversation skills.

  • Worship Practice, 7:30pm, sanctuary: practicing and preparing for the Sunday morning music.

Wednesdays:

  • Men's coffee, 10am, church foyer: coffee, conversation, and a devotional.

  • Youth (grades 6-12), 6:30pm, church basement: helping youth build a spiritual foundation and grow in Christ, together.

  • Men's Gathering (every other Wednesday), 6:30pm, off-site: men of all ages gathering to grow in relationship with God and each other.

  • Small Group (every other Wednesday), 7pm, off-site: Study God's Word in community.

  • Mustard Seed Ministry (first Wednesday of each month): join the team to serve those in our city who are in need.

Thursdays

  • Young Adults, (every other Thursday), 7pm, off-site: building relationships with one another as we study God's Word and grow in faith.

  • Small Group, 7pm, off-site: Study God's Word in community.

Fridays

  • Seniors Ministry (once per month): maybe it's a coffee & chat, or maybe it's a delicious lunch, but the food is always good and the time in God's Word is always meaningful.

Saturdays

  • Women Connect (4th Saturday of the month), 10am, church: it's about women coming together to share life and pray.

And then, of course, there is SUNDAY, when we gather each week at 9:45am to pray and then at 10:15am to join in corporate worship.
