Using a Shoebox to open doors

One shoebox has an impact that goes further than around the globe.

Operation Christmas Child has been around for 33 years. Through those years more than 244 million shoebox gifts have been delivered in over 170 countries. That is over 244 gospel opertunities for God's love to be shown. Each box you pack and pray over has a lasting impact that spreads into families and communities.

This year there is a new item on the Do Not pack list. Customs has been holding up boxes that have bars of soap in them. So going forward we ask for you to please don't pack soap in your boxes. Have fun packing your boxes and if you need ideas we have lists near the front door you are welcome to take home. The items do have to be new so look for sales for things to fill your box.

Collection week is November 16-22 this year. We will be looking for volunteers in a few weeks closer to November.
