We are very excited to share with you that this summer the youth have an opportunity to go on a mission trip to serve at Camp Caroline! Keep on reading to catch the details.

Some background:
The idea of going on a youth mission trip this summer was something that the youth leadership team and others had been praying about for months, and just recently the Lord opened the door!
This opportunity to go and serve came as a result of having Ben Trites, the executive director at Camp Caroline, come and speak at our church a few weeks ago, and I think serving at Camp Caroline will be a PERFECT fit.
The trip is approaching quickly (as you'll see in the dates below), so check out the details that follow!
General details:
The week Camp Caroline needs us is June 30-July 5. (This is the first week of summer camp for them, and it is a Family Camp)
We will be serving in the kitchen with dishes and meal prep/clean up
Due to the nature of the kitchen work, only youth 14 years and older are able to come on the trip
There are limited spaces available to come, and the maximum group size is 10-12 people
Camp Caroline asked if I could give them an idea of how many people are interested in coming by May 30th. They need to know our tentative group size so that they can coordinate other kitchen help if needed.
This is an awesome opportunity that we have as a youth group to go and serve together at the camp of our church–and don’t worry, this trip won’t be all about work, there will be lots of opportunities to have fun and hang out!
If your youth is interested in coming on the trip (or you have any questions), please let me know by May 29th so that I can give tentative numbers to Camp Caroline on May 30th.
