Highlights from 2025

This past year, the Property Committee's main focus was to continue to seek God's face in terms of possible uses for the land, while testing the lower rent housing as our interpretation of His likely direction (open/closed doors).

We also arranged and paid for a Real Property Report plus Surface Topography survey for our 4 acres of land.

In keeping with the low rent housing direction, we examined similar developments in the city and looked at actions other churches are taking that align with this possible God movement.

Goals for 2026

• Continue to explore options and potential partnerships.

• Properly define the opportunity so that the congregation can vote.

Prayer Requests

• That God would clearly impart His desire for our property use.

• Wisdom as we navigate this process

• The appropriate people would be available to us for discussion / support.
