Ben has been serving in ministry across Canada for more than two decades. Currently, he is the executive director of Camp Caroline. Prior to his work in Christian camping, he served in pastoral ministry (in New Brunswick). While serving as a pastor and executive director Ben has completed a Master of Arts in Leadership, a Master of Business Administration, and, most recently, a Doctor of Ministry. He and Charity have been married for 20 years. Together they are raising four wonderful girls, Hannah, Eden, Moriah, and Sadie.
